01 · Product Guarantee
If It Isn’t Right for You, Start Here
If you are unhappy with an eligible retail product purchased directly from MaxGreenAlchemy.com, you may request a refund of the product price. Shipping costs are not refundable.
STEP 1
Contact Us
Contact us within 30 days of the order date to explain the issue and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, see below.
STEP 2
Prepare the Return
Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be accepted.
STEP 3
Send It Trackably
Use a trackable shipping service. The returned product must reach us within 60 days of the original order date.
Please Check Before Buying in Quantity
Because returned personal-care products cannot be resold, refunds are not available for multiples of the same item or for VALUE, REFILL and web-exclusive sizes. We recommend trying a sample, travel size or regular size before purchasing multiples or bulk sizes.

Savings exclusions: Samples, special bundles and products already on promotion do not count toward the qualifying subtotal and are not eligible for the tiered discount. Tiered savings cannot be combined with most other promotions.

Choose the recurring-order option you prefer on the product page before adding the item to your cart. During checkout, enable your Max Club account if you have not already done so. Your recurring order will then be connected to your account.

Processing and Transit Times
We aim to process orders within two business days. Orders ship from Rohnert Park in Sonoma County, California, typically using the U.S. Postal Service.
- Contiguous 48 states: usually 1–7 business days in transit
- Alaska and Hawaii: usually up to 14 business days in transit
- Large orders: may ship by FedEx at our discretion, usually arriving in 1–7 business days
Transit estimates begin after an order has been processed and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
SHIPPING CHARGES

Our retail prices generally include standard U.S. shipping. Orders under $25 that contain samples are charged a flat $3.50 shipping fee.
International Customers
We no longer ship orders internationally from MaxGreenAlchemy.com. Many products may be available through Amazon, which may offer more practical international delivery options.

Damaged Packages and Rare Substitutions
Was Your Order Damaged?
Please tell us what happened and include a clear photograph of the damaged item or package through our Contact Us page. We’ll get to work on putting things right.
Occasional Size Substitutions
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we may substitute another size so that your order can ship promptly. You will always receive at least the total volume or weight originally ordered.

California Sales Tax
California orders are charged the Rohnert Park combined sales-tax rate of 9.750%, effective April 1, 2025.
Accepted Payment Methods
