Product Guarantee
Max Green Alchemy products are made to be effective, sensual and
natural. If you are unhappy with a product that was purchased directly
from us at retail, we offer a refund of the product price less shipping costs. Please contact us to request a
refund and RMA number, and then return the item to us using a trackable
shipping service and write the RMA number on the outside of the box. We only accept return requests within 30 days of an order date. Products can only be returned with a RMA number and must received by us within 60 days of the order.
Special note: In order to keep our prices low (and because we cannot resell returned items), we regret that we are unable to provide refunds for multiples of an item, or for VALUE, REFILL and web exclusive sizes. For this reason we advise customers to try a sample, travel or regular size product before purchasing in quantity or bulk.
If you bought items from other retailers, please contact them directly for their return policy as we are unable to guarantee products not purchased direct from us.
Shipping Information
Domestic (USA only)
Max Green Alchemy aims to process orders within 2 business days of receipt. We ship from Northern California (Rohnert Park in Sonoma County) typically using U.S. Postal Service. Transit time is normally between one and seven business days for the 48 continuous states and four to seven days for Hawaii and Alaska. Large orders may be shipped by Fedex at our option, in which case delivery can take 1 to 7 days depending upon the distance.
International (non-USA)
We are sorry that we no longer ship internationally. The wild increases in our shipping costs mean that most things can be purchased on Amazon and shipped internationally at a better cost.
Items Damaged in Shipping
If your order is damaged during shipping then just let us know what has happened and provide a photo using our Contact Us page. We'll get straight on remedying things.

US Shipping included: Our prices have shipping included. However for orders of value less than $25 that contain samples we charge a flat $3.50 shipping fee.

In the rare event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we may make a size substitution to fulfill your order promptly, ensuring that you receive at least the same volume/weight of product you initially ordered.
