To initiate a return, simply reach out to us for a Refund Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have your RMA, ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping service, with the RMA number clearly inscribed on the box's exterior.
Remember to make your return request within 30 days from the order date, and send back the products within 60 days of the order. Please note that we can only process returns with an RMA, so be sure to reach out to us first.
