Product Guarantee
Max Green Alchemy products are made to be effective, sensual and natural. If you are unhappy with a product that was purchased directly from us at retail, we offer a refund less shipping costs. To request a refund please return the item to us within 30 days using a trackable shipping service and write the order number on the outside of the box as your RMA number.
Special note: In order to keep our prices low, we regret that we are unable to provide refunds for multiples of an item, or for web exclusive VALUE sizes. For this reason we advise customers to try a single trial or regular size product before purchasing in quantity or bulk.
If you bought items from other retailers, please contact them directly for their return policy as we are unable to guarantee products not purchased direct from us.
Shipping Information
Domestic USA
Max Green Alchemy aims to process orders within 48 hours of receipt. We ship most online orders from San Francisco California using U.S. Postal Service. Transit time is normally between one and three days for the 48 continuous states and four to seven days for Hawaii and Alaska.
International
We now ship globally! Canadian and other international orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and the rate is calculated at the time of checkout. Please note that the actual shipping charge will be different than the rate shown in SHOPPING CART in the left margin as the cart indicates the rate for US destinations.
Your home country may levy importation tax on your order and it will be your responsibility to settle this liability.

Free shipping for all orders over $150 (by various carriers). Otherwise:
Purchases up to 0.3lb, S&H is $2.49 (via First Class Mail)
Purchases of more than 0.3lb to 1lb, S&H is $5.29 (via Priority Mail)
Purchases of more than 1lb to 2lb, S&H is $6.99 (via Priority Mail)
Purchases of more than 2lb, S&H is $9.99 (via Priority Mail)
Sales Tax
California residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax and those within San Francisco an additional 1.25%.
